The first bouquet is fresh and of good intensity, revealing subtle notes of morello cherry, pepper and licorice as well as spicy and slightly smoky notes. The second bouquet is more delicate offering notes of leather and blackcurrant, forest fruit, blueberry and vanilla. The nose is clear, flawless, delicate and complex.

The Chardonnay gives this wine its finesse and elegance, the Sauvignon its subtle aroma of hazelnuts and exotic fruits, and the Semillon provides roundness, length and finesse. The result is an elegant wine with a complex aroma of spice, pineapple and nuts which is followed through on the palate. Medium bodied, balanced acidity and a medium to long finish.

Chateau Kefraya Myst is a fresh salmon pink rosé showing aromas of exotic fruits, lychees and peaches mixed with notes of raspberry and blackcurrant. On the palate flavours of redcurrant, strawberry and a final hint of blackcurrant lead to a long finish.
