OUR FOOD

Quality is a watchword for us, so all of our food is cooked to order using only the freshest produce. All our ingredients have been carefully sourced from local suppliers and ethical food producers. Our meats are halal and free range, our dairy products are organic and our fish come from sustainable sources. We believe we are what we eat; and the quality of our dishes owes much to the high standard of the ingredients we use as well as our exceptional style of cooking.

Levantine dishes are well known for their punchy spices such as za’atar (wild thyme), seven spices and saffron; as well as their bold flavours such as garlic, parsley and pomegranate. It is these vibrant colours and flavours which chime with the current health and fitness conscious generation and have made our cuisine renowned for its tasty but also healthy qualities. Vegetarians and vegans can choose from the abundance of dishes available to them and there are plenty of meat and seafood options too. Our specialities are our pastries, particularly the different Kibbehs and Fatayers; and our Stuffed Vine Leaves that can be either a starter, main course or served as canapés.
